超声引导下经皮肾造瘘治疗梗阻性尿脓毒血症30例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下经皮肾造瘘治疗尿脓毒血症的安全性及疗效。方法:回顾性分析30例在我院行超声引导下经皮肾造瘘治疗结石梗阻性尿脓毒血症患者的资料,总结其疗效和安全性。结果:30例患者行超声引导下经皮肾造瘘术,其中采用两步法造瘘9例,一步法造瘘21例。所有病例均一次造瘘成功,无明显并发症,尿脓毒血症治愈。结论:对梗阻导致尿脓毒血症患者行超声引导下经皮肾造瘘安全、有效、创伤小,值得临床推广。Objective： To assess the safety and efficacy of percutaneous nephrostomy guided by the ultrasound in the treatment of obstructive urosepsis. Methods： The patients with obstructive urosepsis undergoing percutaneous nephrostomy guided by the ultrasound in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the efficacy and safety of the operation were summarized. Results： Total 30 patients,with obstructive urosepsis underwent percutaneous nephrostomy guided by the ultrasound. Out of the 30 patients,9 patients were used ＂two-step＂and 21 patients used＂one-step＂. All the patients were successful at first attempt with no obvious complications and cured from obstructive urosepsis. Conclusion： Percutaneous nephrostomy guided by the ultrasound is safe and effective with little trauma in the treatment of obstructive urosepsis and it is worthwhile to be widely used.
