摘  要:柴油机共轨电控燃油喷射系统具有改善低温起动性;降低氮氧化物和烟度排放;提高发动机的动力性和经济性;油耗低,故障率低,便于控制涡轮增压等特点,在汽车和工程机械发动机上得到广泛应用。但其结构复杂,修理成本高,使其成为目前汽车和工程机械维修行业带有普遍性的技术难题。在使用过程中出现故障后,需要专业人员和专用设备进行故障诊断、检修和排除。从柴油机共轨电控燃油喷射系统典型故障案例入手,从结构、控制原理分析故障原因,论述柴油机共轨电控燃油喷射系统故障的诊断实用方法和一般步骤。As for as we know, Diesel engine common rail EFI system has the ability to start under low temperature and reduce emission of nitrogen oxides and smoke;it can also improve engine performance and fuel economy with low fuel consumption and failure rate, which is easy to control turbocharging. Because of those, diesel engine common rail EFI system is widely applied in automobile and engineering machinery engine. But with the complex structure and high repair costs, it has become a common technical problem in modern automobile and engineering machinery repair industry. If there is any problem, we need professional personnel and the specialized equipment to make diagnosis, maintenance, and rule out the faults. The essay discusses the practical methods and general steps to diesel engine common rail EFI system based on its typical structure and control principle.
