摘　　要：目的:调查南车集团戚墅堰机车车辆厂职工高血压患者用药现状,为高血压患者提供科学、准确、规范的用药指导。方法:利用职工体检时机对高血压患者采用随机抽样的方法进行问卷调查,发放调查表、回收、统计、分析。结果:调查研究对象共611人,其中404人没有进行抗高血压药物治疗,占调查对象的66.12%;207人进行抗高血压药物治疗,治疗率为33.88%。进行抗高血压药物治疗的患者中,不按时服药者占33.82%,有时忘记服药者占39.13%,当自觉症状更坏时曾停药者占6.28%,当自觉症状改善时曾停药者占5.31%。高血压疾病控制率为3.38%。药师干预后,患者血压平均值从干预前的161/99 mm Hg降至139/86 mm Hg。结论:该厂患有高血压疾病的职工未进行抗高血压药物治疗的比例较高,进行药物治疗的患者存在用药误区的比例较高,经药师干预后,血压改善明显(P=0.000)今后药师需采取有效的措施进行宣教与干预,指导高血压患者规范用药。Objective： To investigate the drug use in the staff and workers with hypertension in CSR Qishuyan Co. Ltd. so as to provide a scientific,accurate and standardized medication instruction for the patients with hypertension. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among the people with hypertension by random sampling and the statistical analysis was made. Results： A total of 611 people were investigated including 404 people without receiving antihypertensive treatment,which accounted for 66.12% of the survey object. About 207 people received antihypertensive drug therapy with the treatment rate of 33.88%. Among the patients receiving drug treatment,33.82%of them did not take medicines on time,39.13% of them sometimes forgot to take medicines,6.28% and 5.31%of them stopped taking medicines when their symptoms got worse or improved,as the result the hypertension control rate was only 3.38%. After the pharmacist ＇s intervention,the patient ＇s average value of blood pressure decreased from 161/99 mm Hg to 139/86 mm Hg. Conclusion： The investigation showed that certain proportion of the staff and workers in the company did not receive antihypertensive treatment and those who received the drug treatment used the medicines irrationally. After the intervention,blood pressure improved significantly（P = 0. 000）.Pharmacists need to take effective measures to conduct education and intervention,and provide instructions to hypertensive patients for reasonable medication.
