摘　　要：目的 ：建立紫丁香叶中紫丁香苷含量的高效液相检测方法。方法：采用Apollo C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水（15∶85）;检测波长为265 nm;柱温：30℃;流速：0.8 m L/min。结果：紫丁香苷进样量在0.144 48~0.722 4μg/m L范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 99）,平均加样回收率为100.00%,RSD=1.14%（n=6）。结论：该方法易于操作,结果准确,重现性良好,可用于紫丁香叶的质量控制。Objective ：To develop a method to determine the content of syringin in lilac leaves by HPLC.Methods ：Apollo C18（ 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted with mobile phase of methanol-water（ 15 ∶85）,the detection wavelength was at 265 nm,the column temperature was at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 0.8 m L/min.Results： A good linear correlation of syringin was observed within the range of 0.144 48 ~ 0.722 4 μg/m L（r =0.999 99） and the average recovery was 100.00% with RSD 1.14%（n = 6）. Conclusion ：The method is convenient,sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of lilac leaves.
