妇科千金胶囊预防输卵管造影术后盆腔感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇科千金片对预防子宫输卵管造影术后盆腔感染的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析自2013年1月至2014年6月深圳市第二人民医院行子宫输卵管造影术后的临床患者465例的临床信息,根据其治疗方案不同分为3组,即单纯妇科千金胶囊治疗组(n=85)、单纯头孢氨苄胶囊组(n=132)及妇科千金胶囊联合头孢氨苄胶囊组(联合组,n=248),跟踪观察3组治疗处理方案对预防术后盆腔感染的效果。结果:单纯妇科千金胶囊治疗组、单纯头孢氨苄胶囊治疗组以及联合组治疗后,术后发热、盆腔疼痛、白带增多以及盆腔积液发生率均较低,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组流血延长发生率及不良反应发生率优于其他2组(P<0.05),可以体现中西医结合的优势。结论:采用妇科千金胶囊联合头孢氨苄进行术后盆腔感染预防,治疗效果好,既能改善长期使用抗菌药物造成的菌群失调,又能解决中药疗程长和见效慢的缺点。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the efficacy of Fukeqianjin capsules in prevention of pelvic infection after hysterosapingography for Fukeqianjin capsule can inhibit the growth of Eschericha coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Beta hemolytic streptococcus and Candida albicans. Methods The information of patients who accepted the hysterosalpingography from Jan 2013 to Jun 2014 in our centre have been retrospectively analyzed. Patients（465 cases） were randomly divided into 3 groups,including pure Fukeqianjin capsules（n = 85）,pure cephalexin capsules（n = 132） and combination treatment with Fukeqianjin and cephalexin capsules（n = 248）. Then the effi cacy of the above three treatments in prevention of pelvic infection after hysterosalpingography were observed. Results After the above three treatments,the incidence of postoperative fever,pelvic pain,prolonged bleeding and increased leucorrhea was relatively low. And no signifi cant difference was found in the three groups. The combination treatment may refl ect the advantages of integrative medicine. Conclusions Occurrence of pelvic infection after hysterosalpingography can be prevented by combination treatment with Fukeqianjin and cephalexin capsules. Combination treatment can not only rescue the fl ora caused by long-term use of antibiotics,but also improve the long and slow effi cacy of traditional Chinese medicine.
