D&M模型在医疗卫生信息领域应用分析

摘　　要：检索中国知网、维普、万方、Ovid-Medline、SCI、EI、EMBASE、springerLink数据库中D&M模型在医疗卫生信息领域应用相关文献,对纳入文章的参考文献进行手工检索,进行提取分析。讨论各评价指标之间的关系及模型实际应用情况,指出D&M模型是医疗卫生信息系统效果评价的有效工具,但其本身的评价维度还有待完善。The paper retrieves the literatures about D＆M model applying in medical and health information field from databases as CNKI, VIP, Wanfang data, Ovid - Medline, SCI, EI, EMBASE, SpringerLink, then retrieves the references of these literatures manual- ly and carries out extraction analysis. The relations among various indexes and the actual application status of the model are discussed. The results show that D＆M model is an effective tool for assessing the effects of medical and health information system, but its own evaluation dimensions have yet to be perfected.
