心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊治疗窦缓伴室性早搏的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究评价心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊治疗窦缓伴室性早搏的疗效。方法:将2012年1月-2014年4月徐州市中医院收治的60例窦缓伴室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上同时服用心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗前后心电图均有改善;治疗组治疗前后心电图改善有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医证候疗效治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:心宝丸联合参松养心胶囊治疗窦缓伴室性早搏有明确疗效,能提高心率,防治早搏,改善证候,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the curative effect of xinbao pill combined with shesongyangxin capsule in the treatment of sinus bradycardia with frequent premature ventricular contractions. Methods 60 cases with sinus bradycardia with frequent premature ventricular contractions were divided into two groups randomly. Both were treated with regular medicine, but for treatment group, xinbao pill combined with shesongyangxin capsule were given for 4 weeks. 24 hours＇ dynamic electrocardiogram and heart rate variability were observed and analyzed. Results 24 hours＇ dynamic electrocardiogram was improved for treating group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. For Chinese syndrome effect in treating group, the total effective rate was 73.3 %. In control group, the total effective rate was 73.3 %. There was a signifi cant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xinbao pill combined with shesongyangxin capsule has good effect on sinus bradycardia with frequent premature ventricular contractions, which can improve HRV, prevent ventricular premature contraction, and improve Chinese syndrome remarkably and patient＇s quality of life.
