摘　　要：白细胞介素-21(interleukin-21,IL-21)是近年来新发现的一种具有促进炎症反应和免疫调节的细胞因子,属于I型细胞因子家族成员,主要是由活化的CD4+T细胞合成和分泌。具有多种生物学功能。本文就IL-21与系统性红斑狼疮的相关性作一综述。Interleukin-21 （IL-21） is a recently discovered cytokine with promote inflammation and immunomodulatory activity. It is a new member of the I-type cytokine family and mainly secreted by the activated CD4^＋ T cells. It has a variety of biological functions. In this study, we give the reader an overview of the relationships between IL-21 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
