新疆劳动力素质存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：现代经济社会的发展,越来越依赖于技术进步,越来越明显地取决于劳动者素质的提高。劳动力是社会生产的主体,社会劳动力的素质是决定社会经济快速发展的关键因素。本文立足于新疆经济发展现状,就新疆劳动力素质培养展开探讨,指出了新疆劳动力素质存在的问题。最后,针对上述问题,提出了提高新疆劳动力素质的对策与建议。the development of the modern economic society, more and more rely on technological progress, more and more obviously depends on the quality of the laborers. Labor is the main part of the social production, social labor quality is key factor of social and economic rapid development. In this paper, based on the current situation of the development of economy in Xinjiang, the Xinjiang Labor quality discussion, points out the problems existing in the quality of the tabor force in Xinjiang. Finally, in view of the above problems, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on improving the quality of the labor force in Xinjiang.
