产后甲状腺炎妇女外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达水平分析

摘　　要：目的分析产后甲状腺炎（PPT）妇女外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达水平。方法连续选择2011年1月—2012年12月在我院门诊新确诊的PPT妇女（PPT组）31例,另有29例同期分娩未发生PPT的妇女为对照组。入选对象同期接受外周血调节性T细胞（CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg和CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋Treg）和辅助性T细胞（CD^＋3、CD^＋4、CD^＋8、CD^＋4/CD^＋8）检测。结果 PPT妇女外周血CD8^＋表达水平明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）,而CD^＋4/CD^＋8比值明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。PPT妇女外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg和CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋Treg均明显低于对照组（P均〈0.05-0.01）。结论PPT妇女存在明确的外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞异常表达。Objective To analyze the expressions of peripheral regulatory T cells and helper T cells among women with postpartum thyroiditis（ PPT）. Methods A total of 31 PPT women were continuously selected as PPT group from the Outpatient Department of the hospital from January 2011 to December 2012,and another 29 non-PPT women were selected as control group. Expressions of peripheral regulatory T cells（ CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg and CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋Treg） and T helper cells（ CD^＋3,CD^＋4,CD^＋8,and CD^＋4/ CD^＋8） were detected in both the groups. Results CD8^＋expression was significantly lower in the PPT group than in the control group（ P〈0. 01）,but CD＋4/ CD＋8was significantly higher in the PPT group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The expressions of CD4^＋CD25^＋Treg and CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋Treg of the PPT group were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Regulatory T cells and helper T cells are both abnormally expressed in peripheral blood of PPT women.
