导管溶栓术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓65例临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价导管溶栓术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析65例应用导管溶栓术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床资料,以大腿和小腿健、患侧肢体周径差及静脉通畅评分评估导管溶栓术后疗效。结果 65例患者肢体肿胀均消退,无出血并发症。治疗后大腿和小腿健、患侧肢体周径差显著小于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后造影复查显示,静脉通畅评分较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01);静脉通畅率(58.29±10.38)%。结论导管溶栓术治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成是一种疗效良好而且安全的治疗方法 ,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of catheter directed thrombolysis in the treatment of acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 65 patients with acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis treated by catheter directed thrombolysis. The curative effect of catheter directed thrombolysis was evaluated by circumference differences between impaired and healthy thigh and crus, and venous patency scores. Results All the 65 cases had subsided limb swelling without bleeding complications. The circumference differences between impaired and healthy thigh and crus were less after treatment, than that before treatment（P〈0.01）. Radiography reexamination after treatment showed obviously improved venous patency score than that before treatment（P〈0.01）, and the venous patency rate was（58.29±10.38） %. Conclusion Catheter directed thrombolysis is a safe treatment method with good curative effect in treating acute lower limb deep venous thrombosis, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
