摘 要:以磷酸二氢钾为结晶体系,研究了旋流流化床的添加晶种结晶特性,考察了结晶料液的温度、过饱和度、流量及晶种特性对结晶速率及产品平均粒径的影响,并与搅拌结晶过程进行了对比。研究结果表明,晶种的粒度分布对产品粒度分布有较大影响。相比搅拌结晶,旋流流化床结晶时间短,结晶产品粒径大、粒度均匀一致、晶形规则整齐。采用晶种1结晶,在料液温度为40℃,过饱和度为20 g/L,流量为84.26 L/h时,单位质量晶种的结晶速率可达2.15 mg/(g·s),在此条件下结晶0.5 h,产品的平均粒径可达1.27 mm。The crystallization characteristic of swirling fluidized bed with addition of crystallization seed is studied, using potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) as crystallization system. The impacts of crystallization solution temperature,degree of supersaturation, flow and the seed characteristic on crystallization rate and average size are investigated. The experimental results show that the crystal size distribution (CSD) of seed has a great influence on the CSD of product. Comparing with the stirring crystallization,the swirling fluidized bed shows shorter crystallization time. The product shape is regular and the crystal size is homogeneous. Using seed 1, crystallization rate of per unit mass seed can be up to 2. 15 mg/( g·s) under the following conditions :40℃ of crystallization solution temperature,20 g/L of the degree of supersaturation and 84. 26 L/h of the flow. When the crystallization time is 0. 5 hour, the average size of the product is 1.27mm.
