煤炭企业集团化促进矿区循环经济发展研究

摘　　要：通过分析煤炭企业集团化对矿区循环经济发展的作用机理,从资源产出、资源消耗、资源循环利用、废弃物排放4个维度18个指标,综合利用熵值法和层次分析法,构建了煤炭企业集团化矿区循环经济影响的评价模型。研究发现:煤炭企业走集团化发展道路,可以最大规模的获得集团公司的资金、技术、设备、人员等支持,促进矿区循环经济的发展;且煤炭企业集团化发展战略与矿区循环经济发展模式之间存在战略互动、协调统一的关系。因此,实施集团化发展战略有助于我国部分煤炭企业摆脱发展困境。By analyzing the mechanism of the coal enterprise collectivization development strategy to the circular economy development,from four dimensions of resource output,resource consumption,resource recycling and waste emissions and other 18 indicators,making use of comprehensive utilization of entropy value method and analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,the paper constructs the appraisal model about the influence of coal enterprise collectivization to the mining area circular economy.Through example analysis,the research finds that mining area collectivization development significantly promotes the development of circular economy,and promotes the sustainable development of the mining area effectively.
