低碳经济下批发零售业的发展——以襄阳市为例

摘　　要：本文基于对襄阳市批发零售企业门店节能环保情况的调查数据,分析了襄阳市零售业低碳经济的发展现状,发现虽然零售企业在节能减排上成效较为显著,能耗稳步下降。但总体而言,襄阳市零售业在节能环保方面仍处于初级探索阶段,存在着诸多的障碍和困难。针对发展低碳经济中遇到的问题,研究认为:应引入能源管理系统,提高管理水平;扩大绿色环保产品经营范围,引领健康低碳生活方式;实施有效的制约和激励机制。The wholesale and retail industry is an important component of China＇s economy,and plays a key role in the development of China＇s energy-saving emission reduction and low carbon economy.In this paper,based on the survey data in enterprises and stores in wholesale and retail of Xiangyang city about energy-saving environmental protection situation,after the analysis of the current development of low carbon economy in the retail industry of Xiangyang City,we find that the retail enterprises have made significant progress in energy saving and emission reduction with a steady decline in energy consumption,however,energy saving and environmental protection of the retail industry is still in the initial stage of exploration,and there are many obstacles and difficulties.To solve the problems in the development of low carbon economy,this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions.
