摘　　要：秦代简牍,过去以法律文书为主。北大藏秦简不同,是以古书为主,其中包含若干文学作品,如北大藏秦简《酒令》就属于诗赋类的作品。中国文学与喝酒有不解之缘,如隋唐五代的曲子词、宋词小令和元代散曲都与酒令有关。过去研究酒令,重点是唐代酒令,唐以前的酒令基本看不到。北大藏秦简《酒令》是秦代作品,分别写在一枚竹牍和两枚木牍上,与行令的令骰同出,其中包括四首与饮酒行令有关的歌诗,对研究中国的酒令传统提供了宝贵资料。The texts on the Qin bamboo slips which were unearthed previously are mostly legal documents. But the texts on the Qin bamboo slips collected by Peking University are mainly ancient books, including some literary works. The text entitled Drinker＇ s Wager Games which is included in Peking University＇ s collection of bamboo slips is a piece of poetic work. Chinese literature has had a fantastic connection with drinking. There have been many passages related to drinker＇s wager games, such as quzi Ci-poems（曲子词） of the Sui, the Tang and the Five Dynasties, xiaoling Ci-poems （小令） of the Song Dynasty and sanqu （散曲） of the Yuan Dynasty. Previous studies on drinker＇ s wager games were limited to those of the Tang Dynasty. But the narration of drinker＇ s wager games was rarely seen in the pre-Tang Dynasties. The text entitled Drinker＇ s Wager Games which is contained in Peking University＇s collection of bamboo slips is a piece of work from the Qin Dynasty. This text which was inscribed on a bamboo slip and two wooden slips was unearthed together with the dices used in the drinker＇ s wager games. This text which is composed of four songs related to drinker＇ s wager games has provided a precious material for the research on the tradition of Chinese drinker＇ s wager games.
