超敏C-反应蛋白和肌酸激酶同工酶联合检测在手足口病并发心肌炎早期诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究超敏C-反应蛋白联合肌酸激酶同工酶联合检测在手足口病患儿心肌损害意义。方法选取2013年12月至2014年9月期间我科收治50例手足口患儿，作为观察组，对照组选择同期门诊体检健康儿童50例。检测两组儿童的肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）及超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CIKP）等指标。结果在治疗前观察组患）LCK、CK-MB、hs-CRP均高于对照片组儿童，治疗后患儿以上三个指标较治疗前降低。结论CK、CK-MB、hs-CRP是手足口病并发心肌炎患者早期的敏感指标，应根据检测结果对患儿进行早期积极治疗。objective： to explore the C - reactive protein combined joint detection of troponin in children hand foot and mouth disease. Methods： choose between December 2013 and September 2013, our department during the 50 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth, as observation group, choose the same outpatient medical 50 cases of healthy children. Detection of two groups of children of CK, CK - MBand hs - CRP. Results： observation group before treatment with CK, CK - MB, hs - CRP were higher than the photo group of children. Conclusion： CK, CK - MB, hs - CRP is hand, foot and mouth disease complicated by myocarditis patients with early sensitive index.
