医院评审对专科医院药事管理持续改进的推动作用

摘　　要：目的规范医院药事管理的各项工作，使其逐步达到三级甲等精神专科医院水平。方法全面实施评审细则，通过完善制度，规范流程，不断整改，逐步规范药剂科各项工作。结果在迎接等级医院评审中，医院药事管理水平得到了提高，科室的管理更加规范化和专业化。结论等级医院评审活动的开展，推动了我院药事管理的持续改选。OBJECTIVE To standardize the various works of the hospital pharmacy administration for making the hospital gradually reach the level of first class psychiatric hospital. METHODS Through full implementation of the accreditation criteria, all kinds of works in pharmacy department to enter standardized management gradually by perfecting systems, standardizing processes and improving continuously. RESULTS The level of pharmacy administration was increased and the management of the department became more standardized and professionalization during the hospital accreditation. CONCLUSION Carrying out the activity of hospital accreditation promotes improvement of pharmacy administration in our hospital continuously.
