探讨基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基础治疗联合牙周维护对于慢性牙周炎的治疗效果。方法把近期在我院牙科进行慢性牙周炎治疗的48例患者分成两组，未维护治疗组的患者只采用基础的治疗，维护治疗组的患者则在基础治疗的基础上联合牙周维护来进行辅助治疗。结果维护治疗组患者的缺牙数明显低于未维护治疗组患者。两组患者复诊后的BI与PD的状况也明显好于初诊（P〈0．05）。结论采用基础治疗结合牙周维护的方式对于慢性牙周炎的治疗效果好于单纯基础治疗。objective to explore the foundation treatment of combined periodontal maintenance effect in the treatment of chronic periodondtis. methods Recendy in our hospital dental treatment for chronic periodontitis of 48 patients were divided into two groups, patients who were not maintenance treatment group consists of foundation treatment, maintenance treatment in patients of treatment group is based on the basisof combined periodontal maintenance for adjuvant therapy. Results the patients on the number of missing teeth maintenarme treatment group was obviously lower maintenance treatment group patients. Two groups of patients after the visit of BI was also significantly better than with the con- dition of the PD （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion with the method of foundation treatment combined with periodontal maintenance good effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis in foundation treatment alone.
