摘  要:采用FeNiCrSi合金作为中间层,以氩气作保护气,在开放环境中,对20钢和0Cr18Ni9异种金属材料进行瞬时液相扩散焊研究。结果表明,采用铁镍非晶体中间层能够实现20钢与0Cr18Ni9的瞬时液相扩散焊连接,连接强度和弯曲性能能够满足要求;通过观察不同焊接温度下的接头金相组织以及不同保温时间下接头处的电镜扫描显微组织和元素分布,分析焊接温度和保温时间对中间层与母材之间元素扩散的影响。试验发现,焊接接头区域出现元素扩散的非对称性,原中间层中心位置向0Cr18Ni9发生偏移。The search of transient liquid phase diffusion bonding on dissimilar metal materials of 20 steel and OCrl 8Ni9 was conducted in the open environment, using FeNiCrSi alloy as an interlayer and Argon gas as shielding gas. The results show that the amorphous of iron nickel alloy interlayer can make the welding both 20 steel and 0Crl8Ni9. Meanwhile, the connection strength and bending performance can meet the requirements. Furthermore, the effects of welding temperature and holding time on the interlayer and parent metal elements diffusion were studied, the joint metallographic microstructure chart was analyzed under different welding temperature and electron microscope scan and elements distribution in the joint under different heat preservation time. By the analysis of welded joint area, it can be found that the asymmetry of the element diffusion appears in the welded joint area. For another, the center line of the original interlayer position to offset the side of 0Crl 8Ni9 occurs.
