摘  要:利用自配制铝合金原料,采用挤压成形方法制备了汽车座椅支架管材。探讨了铝合金管材化学成分以及挤压比对其力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:最佳铝合金管材配方组成为A2,当挤压比为30时,其性能最佳,其抗拉强度值为364 MPa,伸长率为15.1%,硬度值为55.6HV10,椭圆度为0.76。随挤压比的增加,铝合金管材在挤压过程中形成的晶粒随之变得细小,晶体界面增加,有利于管材综合性能的提高。Tube brackets of car seats used self-confected aluminum alloy material were prepared by using extrusion method. The influences of the chemical composition and extrusion ratio on the mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy tube were discussed. The results show that the optimum composition of aluminium alloy tube is A2. And when the extrusion ratio is 30, the property is the best, which has the tensile strength of 364MPa, the elongation of 15.1%, the hardness value of 55.6 (HV10) and the ovality of 0.76. With the increase of the extrusion ratio, the grains formed in the extrusion process become small, and the interface of the grains increases, which is benefit to the improvement of the tube comprehensive performance.
