摘 要:压力作为挤压铸造的重要参数,严重影响铸件的品质。以杯形件为研究对象,利用专业铸造软件Procast对挤压铸造过程进行了数值模拟,分析了铝合金铸件压力与缩松、缩孔缺陷的关系。结果表明,随着压力的增大,缩松、缩孔缺陷逐渐变小,当压力达到120 MPa时,缺陷基本消除。超过120 MPa以后,压力的增加对于缩松、缩孔缺陷的影响效果不明显。Pressure is an important parameter of squeeze casting, which seriously affects the quality of the squeezing castings. Taking cup shell as the research object, the process of squeeze casting was numerically simulated by using the professional casting analysis software Proeast. Relationship between pressure and shrinkage porosity, shrinkage defect of aluminum alloy castings was analyzed. The results show that the shrinkage porosity is gradually diminished with the increasing pressure, and the defects are eliminated basically when the pressure reaches 120MPa. The increasing pressure to effects of shrinkage, shrinkage is not obvious after the pressure exceeds 120MPa.
