摘  要:镁合金锥形件内环筋通过旋压无法形成高筋。因此,提出斜楔加载整体成形工艺。通过DEFORM-3D软件模拟了AZ80镁合金锥形件内环筋成形过程,采用正交试验法分析了反挤成形过程中挤压温度、挤压速度、分瓣凸模圆角半径对成形过程中最大载荷和平均应变的影响,并对金属流动和等效应变规律进行了分析。结果表明:AZ80镁合金锥形件内环筋的最佳成形温度为410℃,最佳挤压速度为2 mm/s,最佳分瓣凸模圆角半径为55 mm。通过实验,环筋部位填充饱满,零件达到使用要求。The magnesium alloy conical parts with the high inner ring rib can not be formed by spinning. So the way ot wedge loading integral forming process was put forward. The forming process of AZ80 magnesium alloy conical pieces with inner ring ribs was simulated by DEFORM -3D soRware. The effects of process parameters in the back etrusion forming, such as extrusion tcrnpcrature, extrusion speed, split punch fillet radius on the maximum load and average strain were analyzed by orthogonal tests. And the metal flow and equivalent strain law were analyzed. The results show that the optimum forming temperature is 410℃, the optimum extrusion speed is 2 ram/s, and the optimum split punch fiUct radius is 55ram. Through the experiment, filling of the ring rib is full. Parts meet the use rcquircrnents.
