摘 要:通过研究梅花孔箔材坯料的微型半球形滤网零件,提出了起皱拉深和缩径整形相结合的优化成形方法。通过Dynaform软件模拟了成形过程,并依次在起皱拉深模具和缩径整形模具上成形出滤网零件,其实际成形结果与模拟结果基本一致。经过缩径整形,滤网口部尺寸减小,半球形部分增大,使成形质量提高。通过数值模拟讨论了凹模口形状、坯料网孔对成形结果的影响。研究表明:在圆弧凹模口形状和坯料面积比为0.7时,成形后滤网零件减薄率最低,成形效果最好。Through studying miniature hemisphere filter parts of plum blossom holes foil blank, optimum forming method of wrinkle deep drawing combined with thinning diameter and sizing was presented. The forming process was simulated by Dynaform software. Filter parts were successively formed in the wrinkle deep drawing die and thinning diameter and sizing die. Its actual forming results and simulation results are same basically. After thinning diameter and sizing, the filter mouth size decreased while the hemispherical size enlarged. Thus the forming quality was improved. The influences of die shape and foil holes on forming results were discussed by numerical simulation. The results indicate that when the die shape is circular and the area ratio is 0.7, the thinning rate of filter parts after forming is the lowest and the forming result is the best.
