摘 要:根据某钢厂热轧生产线实际需要和热轧地下卷取机能力不足的问题,建立了基于非线性有限元分析软件的地下卷取机有限元模型,对带钢卷取过程中的各卷取机构承载受力进行了动态仿真研究。以卷取新型号高强度带钢为例,通过带钢从夹送辊到卷筒的连续二维动态仿真,分析得到了夹送辊、卷筒、助卷辊的受力情况,从而对现有设备的承载能力进行评估,找到了承载能力不足的设备,并确定需求能力的大小,为即将增设的超强卷取机提供参考。According to actual needs of hot rolling production linein a steel mill and the problem of poor capacity of hot rolled down coiler, its finite element model was established based on nonlinear finite element analysis software. The force of every coiling mechanism in the process of strip coiling was dynamically simulated. Taking the coiling new type high strength steel strip as an example, through continuous two-dimensional simulation of the strip from the pinch roll to coiler mandrel, the force of pinch roll, coiler mandrel and wrapper roller was gotten. Therefone the carrying capacity of existing equipment was estimated. The equipment of low carrying capacity was found. And demand capacity was ascertained, which provides reference for increasing suoer-coiting machine.
