摘  要:使用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机对EH36球扁钢进行了不同温度、变形速率和变形程度的单次压缩,测定了钢的应力—应变数据。通过对3种变形抗力模型的比较,得到了实验钢最适合的模型。用该模型进行了变形压力计算,并与实测值进行比较。结果表明,所得到的EH36球扁钢变形抗力模型具有较高的精度。EH36 flat-bulb steel with different temperatures, deformation rates and deformation extents was compressed in the one-time by using Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator. The stress-strain data of the steel were measured. The most suitable model of the experimental steel was obtained through comparison of three deformation resistance models. The deformation pressure values were calculated by using the model. Measured and calculated values were compared. The results show that the obtained model of the deformation resistance for EH36 flat-bulb steel has high accuracy.
