摘  要:采用单辊甩带法制备Ni79Mo10P11箔带,在加热加压的条件下实现碳钢/不锈钢的钎焊,并对试片采用逐次冷轧加热处理的工艺进行处理。通过拉伸试验测试轧制前后冶金层的剪切强度。应用金相观察、EDS成分分析、SEM微观形貌分析等手段,对复合界面附近的组织形貌、元素成分及拉伸后的断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,冷轧加热处理的方式能显著提高复合板结合强度、减少冶金结合的缺陷。The high-strength bonding between carbon steel and stainless steel was realized by using Ni79MolOPI 1 foils manufactured through melt-spinning under controlled brazing conditions. The sample is processed by successive rolling and thermal treatment.The shear strength before and after rolling was measured by drawing machine. The metallographic structure, percentages of the selection and the fracture were analyzed by metallographic observe, EDS and SEM. The results show that the successive rolling and thermal treatment can enhance the strength bonding by a large margin and reducing the defects of brazing weld.
