摘  要:采用连续盐雾腐蚀实验模拟海洋大气环境对0359铝合金进行了加速腐蚀研究,考查了温度对腐蚀性能的影响。分析了腐蚀产物的微观形貌、元素分布及点蚀深度,同时应用极化曲线和电化学阻抗技术对加速腐蚀后的0359铝合金试样进行电化学分析。结果表明:当温度低于45℃时,腐蚀电流密度随温度的升高而增大,容抗弧半径随温度的升高而减小,腐蚀速率增大;当温度高于45℃时,随温度升高,腐蚀电流密度有减小的趋势,容抗弧半径有增大趋势,腐蚀速率减小,腐蚀有减小的趋势。The accelerated corrosion of 0359 Al alloy in simulation of marine atmosphere environment with continuous spray was studied. The effects on the temperature for corrosion behavior were discussed. The corrosion products of the microstructure, element distribution and pitting depth was analyzed, and the accelerated corrosion of the alloy was studied by using polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that when the temperature is lower than 45℃, the corrosion current density increases with the temperature increasing. The capacitive reactance arc radius decreases with the increase of the temperature, the rate of the corrosion increases. When the temperature is higher than 45℃,the corrosion current density has a decreasing trend. The capacitive reactance arc radius has a increasing trend. The rate of the corrosion decreases, and the corrosion has a tendency to decrease.
