摘 要:采用单辊法制备了宽20 mm、厚25μm的Fe78Si9B13非晶带材,再将非晶带材进行不同温度的退火处理,研究了退火温度对其软磁性能的影响。结果表明,随退火温度的升高,Fe78Si9B13非晶带材的初始磁导率、饱和磁感应强度、矫顽力和电感呈先增大后减小的趋势;当退火温度达到400℃时,其综合软磁性能最佳,初始磁导率为6.648 K,饱磁感应强度为1.517 T,矫顽力为15.73 A/m。当退火温度达到450℃时,其磁导率受磁场强度的影响很小,呈现出恒导磁特性。Fe78Si9B13amorphous strips with a width of 20 mm and a thickness of 25 μm were prepared by single-roller method, then the samples were annealed at various temperatures, and the influences of annealing temperature on soft magnetic properties were studied. The results show that the initial magnetic permeability,saturation magnetization,coercivity and the inductance firstly increase and then decrease with the increase of the annealing temperature. The optimal soft magnetic properties(6.648 K, 1.517 T, 5.915 A/m) are obtained after the Fe78Si9B13 amorphous strips is annealed at 400 ℃. The magnetic permeability has little influence to magnetic field intensity, and constant magnetic permeability shows at 450 ℃.
