摘　　要：非洲和北美洲前寒武纪结晶基底发育,铀源岩分布广。两大洲具有重要意义的铀成矿作用十分类似,矿化作用跨时长,赋存多种类型的铀矿床。Precambrian crystalline basement has been well developed in Africa and North America and the uranium source rocks are widely distributed which are favorable for uranium metallization.Significant uranium mineralization is very similar in the two continents of long mineralization time and various types of uranium deposits.
