术前供区毛发的根单比值估测对FUE提取操作临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨术前供区毛发根单比值测定对毛囊单位钻取技术提取操作的临床意义.方法 术前用Folliscope毛发检测分析系统测量并计算脱发患者后枕部供区毛发的平均根单比值,术后计算毛囊单位钻取技术提取出的所有毛囊单位的根单比值,将2组根单比值的数据作统计学分析.结果 两组数据显示呈直线相关的关系.结论 术前测量供区毛发的平均根单比值对FUE提取操作具有指导意义.Objective To explore the clinical value of preoperative estimation of the ratio of hair number to follicular-unit （hair/FU ratio） in the donor site for follicular-unit extraction. Methods The hair/FU ratio in the donor site measured preoperatively by hair testing analysis system, and the hair/FU ratio of all the extracted hair follicles calculated postoperatively, then the two sets of data were analyzed statistically. Results The two sets of data showed the linear correlation in statistics. Conclusion Preoperative estimation of hair/FU ratio in the donor site has guiding significance for follicular-unit extraction.
