摘　　要：习近平的"八个能否"标准是对国家政治制度发展规律的深刻总结,是马克思主义国家制度理论的新成果,构建了社会主义制度自信的话语逻辑基础,破除了推进政治体制改革的思想障碍,明确了我国政治制度改革目标指向。推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,就是要紧扣"八个能否",着力推进国家治理的制度化、法治化、民主化。The ＂eight- point＂standard putting forward by Xi Jinping is the new achievements of Marx＇s state institutional theory,is the profound summary of the development law of human national political system,fully embodying the basic requirement of modern political civilization,constructing the discourse logic foundation of the socialist system confident,getting rid of the ideological obstacles impeding the political system reform,clearing the objectives and tasks of China＇s political system reform. We must tightly seize the ＂eight- point＂,so as to promote the national governance system and the modernization of governance ability,and to make progress in institutionalization,legalization and democratization of state governance.
