摘 要:目的比较应用腔内标本吸集器电切与传统前列腺电切治疗良性前列腺增生症的安全性与疗效,评估腔内标本吸集器的临床应用价值。方法 2014年1月至6月共入组116例患者,其中50例应用标本吸集器进行前列腺电切,66例行传统前列腺电切术。记录两组患者术前及术后3个月国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量指数、最大尿流率。对手术时间,术前术后血红蛋白及血钠波动比较、术后留置膀胱造瘘时间、留置导尿时间、是否发生相关手术并发症等并进行评估。结果两组患者术前术后血钠浓度改变、单位体积手术时间比、TURS发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余观察指标均无统计学意义。结论腔内标本吸集器在进行前列腺电切手术中能有效防止电切综合征,并缩短手术时间,是前列腺电切手术的一项安全有效的辅助工具。Objective This study aimed to compare the safety and efficacy of intracavitary specimen absorption set electric resection and traditional transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia, and to evaluate the clinical application of intracavitary specimen absorption set. Methods A total of 116 patients were admitted from Jan. to Jun. in 2014. Among them, 50 received intracavitary specimen absorption set electric resection, while 66 received traditional TURP. International prostate symptom score, physical quality of life index, and maximum urinary flow rate of two groups of patients before operation and 3 months after operation were recorded. Operation time, fluctuation of preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin and sodium, postoperative indwelling bladder fistula time, catheterization time, and operation-related complications were evaluated. Results A significant difference was observed in the fluctuation of preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin and sodium, ratio of unit volume to operation time, and incidence of TURS between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The remaining observation indicators had no statistical significance. Conclusion Intracavitary specimen absorption set electric resection can effectively avoid TURP and shorten the operation time during transurethral resection of the prostate. This technique is safe and effective for electroresection of the prostate.
