天津某区特殊人群HIV感染者合并HBV、HCV、HGV、TB感染的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 了解天津某区特殊人群（吸毒、暗娼、同性恋）HIV感染者合并HBV、HCV、HGV、TB感染情况及影响因素,为今后艾滋病防控工作提供科学依据.方法 采用ELISA方法对308例HIV感染者进行HIV、HBV、HCV、HGV、TB-SA检测.结果 特殊人群中HIV感染者合并HBV、HCV、HGV、TB感染以吸毒组感染率最高,暗娼组和同性恋组感染率相近,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在特殊人群中由于吸毒、性乱等不良行为,导致较高的血传播病毒感染,尤以吸毒组更为严重.当机体免疫力低下时,打开了病毒、细菌入侵的门户,形成了合并感染,加剧了病情的进展.加强对此类人群的宣传和干预,防止疾病传播,是一项不容忽视的工作.Objective To survey the influence factor between some specials,drug addicts,the prostitutes,the gays,infected HIV combined HBV,HCV,HGV and TB.So as to provide scientific approach for HIV prevent.Methods Using a ELISA method to exam anti-body of HIV,HCV,HGV,TB for some 308 peoples infected HIV.Results The ratio of specials infected HIV combined HBV,HCV,HGV,TB is highest to the drug addicts,equal between the prostitutes and the gays.Conclusion Higher blood-infecting disease was found in the specials as misconduct like drug addict or prostitute,specially to the drug addicts.When immunity declining,It＆#39; s easier to get virus or bacterial infected and disease process badly.So it is more important to strengthen the propaganda and intervention of such people to prevent the spread of disease.
