摘 要:介绍了镀锌钢板激光填丝搭接焊接的方法及设备,对1.0mm镀锌钢发现板与0.7mm普板的搭接接头进行光纤激光填丝焊接。研究了不同焊接参数下焊缝的外观形貌、焊缝宏观截面以及显微组织。发现在合适的工艺条件以及参数下能获得美观的焊缝接头。焊缝显微组织主要为铁素体、珠光体以及贝氏体,填丝焊热影响区比单激光自熔焊要大,其主要组织为粗大铁素体。实验结果显示随着激光功率的增大焊缝熔深熔宽均增大,随着光斑远离焦距位置,焊缝熔宽增大,熔深略减小。随着焊接速度的增大,焊缝熔深减小,熔宽也呈减小趋势。The method and setup of laser lap welding galvanized steel with filler wire is introduced.Using this setup,1.0mm galvanized steel and 0.7mm spcc are welded.The appearance of weld bead、morphology of cross section and microstructure of different weld seam in different process parameters are studied.Under optimum conditions,a excellent weld joint can be obtained.It is found that the microstructures of weld seam are ferrite,pearlier and bainite.The HAZ of laser welding with filler wire is wider than that in laser welding,and the microstructure of the HAZ is all ferrite with big size.The results shows weld width and penetration of weld seam increase with the laser power increasing,and with the laser spot away from focusing location,weld width increases and penetration decreases.Penetration of weld seam increases while weld width is trend to decrease with the weld speed increasing.
