摘 要:为了研究钒钛对普通取向硅钢热轧板不同厚度层位置织构的影响,在实验室试制了不同钒钛含量的普通取向硅钢。借助电子背散射衍射技术对不同钒钛含量的热轧板不同厚度层位置进行了织构的观察和分析。结果表明:热轧板表层到过渡层以铜型、黄铜型织构为主,兼有高斯织构和α线织构;中心层以旋转立方织构为主,兼有一些γ织构。当热轧板含有0.0067%的钒和0.0042%的钛时,具有对二次再结晶最有利的织构分布,高斯织构和有利织构{111}<112>组分含量最多,分别为1.8%和2.3%。不利因素的黄铜织构强度最低,为2.3%,此时的成品具有最佳磁性能,P17为1.12 W/kg,B8为1.92T。In order to study the effects of V and Ti on texture of general orientation silicon steel hot rolled plate, the general orientation silicon steels with different V and Ti contents were trial-produced in laboratory. The textures at the different thickness layers positions with different V and Ti contents were observed and analyzed by electron back-scattered diffraction (EBSD) technique. The results show that the textures of hot-rolled plates from surface to subsurface layers are mainly copper and brass type textures, and have Gauss texture and a line texture. The texture of central layer is mainly rotating cube texture, and some ytexture.The hot-rolled plates have the most favorable texture distribution of two times recrystallization when V is 0.0067% and Ti is 0.0042%. Goss texture and beneficial texture {111}〈112〉 are maximum, and they are 1.8% and 2.3% respectively. Meanwhile, the harmful brass texture is the least, which is 2.3%. At this time, the product has optimum magnetic properties, P17 is 1.12 W/kg and B8 is 1.92 T.
