摘 要:采用Al-10%Sr在740℃对ZL102进行变质处理,研究了变质剂的加入量及保温时间对铸态力学性能的影响,获得了不同工艺相应的变质效果等级。结果表明,强度和塑性总体上随着变质剂加入量的增加而提高,随着保温时间的延长先升高后下降。Al-10%Sr加入量为0.9wt%,保温时间为30 min时达到最佳变质效果S4P33级。The effects of Al-10%Sr addition and holding time on the as-cast mechanical properties of ZL102 alloy at 740℃ were investigated. The grades of modification effect of ZL102 under different treatment processes were obtained. The results show that the strength and plasticity generally increase with the increase of Al-10%Sr addition and increases firstly and then decreases with the extension of holding time. The best modification effect grade S4P33 can be obtained when Al-10%Sr addition is 0.9% and holding time is 30 min.
