摘  要:根据活塞铸铁件的结构特点,设计了铸造工艺方案。采用覆膜砂壳型铸造,1模2件生产。原始工艺生产铸件缺陷主要集中在浇道与连接筋的部位,且缺陷多为缩孔、缩松。利用View-Cast软件对其改进工艺进行了数值模拟。结果显示,改变铸造填砂可以大幅降低铸造缺陷,从而获得比较合理的铸造工艺方案。The casting process of iron piston was designed according to its structure characteristics, the 2 parts in 1 mould were produced by using precoated sand shell mould. Casting defects produced by using the original process basically concentrated in the region of the sprue runner and connecting ribs. Most defects were shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity. Its improved process was numerically simulated by using View-Cast software. The results show that changing foundry sand can greatly reduce casting defects to gain reasonable casting technology.
