摘 要:实验采用等离子喷注的工艺方法将还原铁粉喷注到铝液中。经过手工搅拌均匀,浇注到铁模中冷却,制得过共晶铝铁合金试样。使用金相显微镜和EDS检测方法,探讨、分析了等离子喷注法制备铝铁合金的组织特点。结果表明,等离子喷注法制备的铝铁合金试样,其富铁相大部分呈颗粒状,金相尺寸比普通的电阻炉熔铸法要小。等离子喷注工艺方法制备高性能铝铁合金是可行的,其铝铁合金的富铁相容易得到细化,形貌多为颗粒状、短块状。The reduced iron powder was injected into liquid aluminum by plasma jet method in experiment. Specimens of hypereutectic A1-Fe alloy were obtained through stirring by hand and cooling in the iron mold. The microstructure characteristics of A1-Fe alloy prepared by plasma jet method were analyzed by metallographic microscope and EDS. The results illustrate that the iron-rich phase of A1-Fe alloy specimens prepared by plasma jet method is mostly granular and the size is smaller than that of resistance furnace smelting method. High performance A1-Fe alloy prepared by plasma jet method is feasible. The iron-rich phase in A1-Fe alloy is easier to refine and morphology is much granular and short block.
