摘 要:型砂水分及铸型紧实度是砂处理过程中的重要参数。以实测的端电压U、紧实率δ以及压力传感器的位移为反馈量,与标称值比较,取偏差,调节水阀、砂供给和造型机等,对型砂水分及铸型紧实度进行检测与控制。并给出了一种基于工业以太网的监控思路,通过环网数据交换,实现上位机中型砂水分及铸型紧实度的统一监控,提高了管理效率。The molding sand moisture content and mould compaction are the important parameters in the sand preparation process. Taking the measured terminal voltage U, compaction rate 8, and displacemen in pressure sensor as feedback, the tested values and the nominal value were compared, regulating the gate value, sand supply and molding machine, the testing and controling in molding sand moisture content and the mould compaction were achieved. A new monitoring method based on Ethemet was proposed, from the data exchange in ring, the monitoring of molding sand moisture content and mould compaction in computer was realized, then, the management efficiency improves.
