摘  要:大直径厚壁管中频感应局部加热弯曲工艺作为一种先进的加工方法已被广泛应用。针对大直径厚壁管弯制成形时载荷过大,以及弯制后椭圆度和减薄率超标的问题,分析原因是推制速度和外壁温度不匹配、管内外壁存在温差和热变形宽度过大。以某型号大直径厚壁管为研究对象,建立了弯管的有限元模型。应用Deform软件对弯曲过程进行了数值模拟,优化了主要工艺参数。结果表明,采用优化工艺参数成形的弯管是合格的产品,数值模拟结果与试验结果一致。The bending process of large diameter thick wall pipe by medium fi'equency induction heating-an advanced processing method, has been widely used. Aiming at the problems of too larger load in bending forming of large diameter thick wall pipe and ellipticity and the thinning rate exceeding the standard after bending, analyzing causes is that feeding velocity and wall temperature do not match. There are temperature difference and too lavge thermal deformation width inside and ontside wall in pipe. Taking a type of large diameter thick pipe as the research object, finite element model of bending pipe was established. Bending process was numerically simulated by using Deform software. Main technological parameters were optimized. The results show that bending pipes formed by using optimized process parameters are qualified products. The simulation results are in accordance with the experiment results.
