摘 要:等温成形是超硬铝合金等难变形材料复杂构件的重要成形技术,其锻件具有精度高,成形载荷小,组织均匀一致,力学性能优的特点。采用数值模拟对一种复杂壳体零件的等温成形工艺进行了优化。为了保证模具型腔有足够的金属充填,通过预成形工序使几个较难成形的凸台处预先聚料,解决了锻件充不满和折叠缺陷问题。根据优化后的工艺,进行了工程试验。经过预锻和终锻后,壳体等温锻件充填饱满,外表面没有出现裂纹、折迭等缺陷。经检测,壳体锻件的尺寸、表面质量等完全满足产品的技术要求。Isothermal forming is an important forming technique for the complex part of super hard aluminum alloy and other difficult-to-form materials. The forgings have the characteristics of high precision, low forming load,uniform microstructure and excellent mechanical properties. The isothermal forming process of a complex shell body parts was optimized by the numerical simulation. To ensure the die cavity has enough metal to filled, the pre-gathering material of the several difficult to form bosses was performed by pre-forming procedure. And then the defects of incomplete filling and folding of the forgings were solved. According to the optimized process, an engineering test was carried out. After the pre-forging and finish forging, the filling die of the isothermal forging of shell body is full. The outside surface on forging doesn't occur crack and folding. The size and surface quality can meet all technical requirements of products excellently by measurement.
