摘  要:目的:研究完整颅骨眶下管的相关径线,确定在眶下管内进针的角度、深度,为临床提供科学、合理的应用基础资料.方法:对完整人颅骨的眶下孔进行定位后,分别测量眶下管与上颌骨前面的角度以及保持该角度时的眶下管长度.结果:颅骨左、右侧眶下管与上颌骨前面的夹角角度分别是66.29°±10.07°、67.75°±9.65°;左、右侧眶下管的长度分别是12.46mm±2.26 mm、12.49mm±2.69mm;无论是长度还是与上颌骨前面的角度,左右两侧比较均无差异.结论:所测数据完善了人颅骨眶下管的形态学资料,为进针眶下管的临床应用提供科学数据.Objective: To study the relative lines of the foramina infraorbitale and determine the inserting needle angle and depth of canales infraorbitalis so as to provide scientific and reasonable basic data for clinical application. Methods: We first localized the infra-orbital canals of both sides in the normal skull, and then put straight steel wires into them. The angle between the anterior surface of the maxilla and the straight steel and the length of the steel wine in the canal with the sliding caliper was measured using goniometer. Results: The angles of the left and the right canales infraorbitalis to the maxillofacial front were 66.29°±10. 07° and 67.75°± 9.65° respectively. The mean length of the left and right infraorbital canal was 12.46 mm±2.26 mm and 12.49 mm±2.69 mm respectively. Based on the above results, there was no obvious difference in either the length or angle of both sides. Conclusion: The data of the length and angle of the infraorbital canal for Chinese were provided. The data may be used for clinical nerve block or acupuncture in this canal.
