摘　　要：双酚A(BPA)在环境中普遍存在,可以通过许多途径被人类接触和摄入,并在人体的多种体液及组织中都能检测到。BPA作为一种内分泌干扰物在临床和动物实验均已被广泛证明,一定程度影响暴露者的生殖和发育功能。此外,BPA与肾脏、免疫、代谢和炎症等方面疾病亦密切相关。本文基于最新的研究进展,全面介绍BPA对人类健康的影响。Bisphenol A（ BPA） is widespread in the environment,the intake of which covers plenty of ways. Moreover,it has been found in a variety of humor and tissues. It is widely confirmed in animal experiment and clinical research that BPA,an endocrine disrupter,has effects on eproduction and development. Besides,BPA also has associations with kidney disease,immunity,metabolic disorders and inflammation. Based on the latest literatures,we review the effects of BPA on human health.
