摘  要:为深入了解中国黄皮种质资源的果实品质特点,本研究对广东省农业科学院果树研究所黄皮资源圃保存的78份黄皮种质14项果实品质性状指标进行分析和综合比较。研究结果表明,不同黄皮种质的果实品质性状存在丰富的多样性,其中糖酸比的变异系数达105.24%,多样性最为明显。相关性分析结果表明,不同果实品质性状间存在显著或极显著的相关性。不同类群黄皮种质的果实品质综合比较结果表明,可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量、还原糖含量、蔗糖含量、糖酸比和固酸比在三个类群之间的差异达到极显著水平,而可滴定酸和可溶性糖组分在不同种质果实中的含量差别可能在一定程度上决定了黄皮果实风味的差异。研究结果为黄皮种质资源保存和利用、品种品质改良和优质新品种的选育提供了依据。In order to further understand the characteristics of fruit quality in Chinese wampee(Clausena lansium(Lour.) Skeels),14 fruit quality indices of 78 wampee germplasm preserved in Institution of Fruit Tree Research,Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences,were analyzed and comprehensive compared.The results indicated that there are abundant diversities in the fruit traits of different genotypes among the tested wampee germplasms.The variation coefficient of the ratio of total sugar to titratable acid(TS/TA) was 105.24%,which exhibited the highest variation.Correlation analysis showed that significant or extremely significant correlations were existed among some fruit quality attributes,which included the titratable acid contents,vitamin C contents,reducing sugar contents,sucrose contents,TS/TA and ratio of total soluble solid to titratable acid(TSS/TA) that showed extremely significant difference among three different groups of Wampee germplasms.Further analysis suggested that the titratable acid contents and soluble sugar components might be the important elements that make up the flavor of fruit.The results we obtained above might provide a basis for germplasm conservation and application,fruit quality improvement and excellent varieties breeding in Wampee.
