摘　　要：目的:探讨单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形的临床修复效果。方法:制定单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形临床分类的评分标准,根据鼻畸形程度评分标准进行分类(分为轻、中、重度),分别给予不同的手术方式并回顾性分析20例患者的临床资料。结果:本组20例不同程度畸形的唇裂鼻畸形患者采取个体化手术方式,术后无鼻尖皮肤的坏死,愈合良好。术后鼻翼塌陷、鼻孔形态、鼻小柱偏曲短小及通气等情况均有所改善,治疗优良率达100%。结论:单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形采用不同的、个体化的修复方式,可达到较理想的修复效果。Objective To investigate the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity secondary repair clinical effect. Methods Development of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity secondary to clinical classification score,the classification（divided into mild,moderate and severe） based on the degree of nasal deformity score,were given different surgical methods and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 20 patients. Results Different degrees of nasal deformity in this group of 20 patients with deformities of cleft lip surgery to take individual way,no postoperative nose skin necrosis healed. After the collapse of the nose,nose shape,short columella and septum were improved ventilation,etc.,the treatment rate of 100% fine. Conclusion Unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity secondary to a different,individualized approach to repair,restoration can achieve better results.
