美容针结合白玉散面膜治疗黄褐斑的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:观察并总结采用美容针结合白玉散治疗黄褐斑疗效和护理体会。方法:收集我院2013年6月-2014年6月收治的符合黄褐斑诊断的患者80例,随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组所有患者均采用美容针结合白玉散面膜治疗;对照组给予外涂0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗。治疗结束后观察其疗效。结果:治疗组基本治愈11例,显效20例,好转6例,总有效率92%;对照组基本治愈6例,显效7例,好转5例,总有效率45%。结论:治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。Objective To observe and summarize the hairdressing needle combined with white jade curative effect and nursing experience in the treatment of chloasma. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014 were diagnosed with chloasma patients of 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（40 cases,control group 40 cases. All patients in treatment group use hairdressing needle combined with white powder mask therapy. The control group given Ada palin with 0.1% gel treatment. After the treatment the curative effect was observed. Results The treatment group basic cure 11 cases,20 cases were markedly effective,6 cases,total effective rate was 92%.Control basic cure 6 cases,7 cases,5 cases were improved,the total effective rate was 45%.Conclusion treatment group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）.
