Methods The design of the corresponding pedicled skin flap to reconstruct penile full- thickness defect after debridement according to the condition of penile skin defect.To observe the postoperative flap survival situation. Results 31 cases of penile full- thickness defects were repaired with various pedicled skin flap.After the operation,all flaps survived well.The shape and function of the penis was improved obviously. Conclusion It can obtain good results with different pedicled skin flap to repair the penile wound according to the condition of penis skin defect.
