摘　　要：目的:运用DLQI量表调查白癜风患者生活质量,评估白癜风对患者生活质量的影响。方法:本次调查采用中文版皮肤病生活质量指数调查表(DLQI)评估白癜风对患者生活质量的影响。结果:DLQI平均得分为(7.80±5.30)分,最小值为0分,最大值为20分;42.86%的患者生活质量有少许影响,28.57%的患者生活质量有相当影响,25.51%的患者生活质量有很大影响;且临床分型及分期对白癜风患者生活质量有一定影响,DLQI得分与皮损面积呈显著正相关。结论:白癜风对患者的生活质量有一定影响,白癜风的治疗与心理疏通应及早进行。Objective To investigate life quality of patients with vitiligo by using DLQI,to evaluate the influences of vitiligo on patients＇ living quality. Methods This research will assess the influences of vitilgo on patients＇ life quality by using the Chinese version of DLQI. Results The average score of DLQI was 7.80±5.30, the minimum score was 0 and the maximumis 20;living quality for 42.86% of patients have a little influence;28.57% of patients have moderate influence,and 25.51% of patients have siginificant influence.And the clinical types and stages properly influence patients＇ living quality;there was a positive correlation between DLQI scores and areas. Conclusion Vitiligo is a common disease that can affect patients＇ quality of life,so the treatment and psychotherapy should be performed timely.
