超声弹性成像联合超声造影诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声弹性成像联合超声造影对乳腺良恶性肿块的诊断价值。方法以病理结果为金标准,分析84例乳腺肿块的超声弹性成像及超声造影表现。结果 84例乳腺肿块,超声弹性成像诊断敏感性80.6%,特异性93.7%,准确性88.1%;超声造影诊断敏感性88.9%,特异性87.5%,准确性88.1%。超声弹性成像联合超声造影诊断敏感性94.4%,特异性91.7%,准确性92.9%。结论超声弹性成像联合超声造影能明显提高乳腺肿块良恶性诊断准确性。Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic elastography（UE） combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound（CEUS） in diagnosis of breast benign and malignant lesions. Methods Based on pathologic analysis,84 lesions were evaluated by UE and CEUS respectively. Results In the 84 cases of breast lesions, the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 80.6%,93.7% and 88.1% for UE, they were 88.9%,87.5% and 88.1% for CEUS, they were 94.4%,91.7% and 92.9% for combination of the two methods,respectively. Conclusion UE combined with CEUS can improve the diagnostic accuracy for breast benign and malignant lesions.
