利用新媒体创新工会工作的机制与方法

摘　　要：坚持与时俱进,是工会工作永菜生机与活力的源泉。当前,新媒体成为职工网民交流思想和获取信息的重要渠道,这就要求工会工作须紧跟时代需求,克服传统工作中存在的交互性差、宣传范围与力度有限等缺陷,将新媒体引入到工会工作方法、组织和策划对外宣传、拓宽服务渠道以及引领职工文化建设等方面。工会工作者应充分利用新媒体这一平台,不断创新工作的机制和方法。Keeping pace with the times is a fountain of energy and vitality of Trade Union practices. In current times the new media has become an important channel for the employees and netusers in exchanging ideas and gaining information. Trade Union practice has to keep pace with the changing times, overcoming the interactivity problems and limited communicating range in conventional practice, and put new media in the organizing, communicating and publicizing in Trade Union practice, widening service channel and employees＇ cultural development. People working in the fields of Trade Union should fully use the platform of new media and constantly make mechanism and methods of innovation.
